Terms & Conditions


Payment is to made at time of purchase. Please contact us if you have any special payment requirements.

General Note: All payments are due at time of purchase. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be dispatched.

Dispatching Policies;

Freight costs will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during freight, the total cost of item, including freight, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Costs may vary if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.

Refund/Return Policy:

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If any item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be provided free of charge. Buyers requesting a refund or replacement must provide a written explanation before consideration can be given. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Returned Goods

Should the customer wish to return items to our MAGi-led and is requesting a refund the customer needs to do so within a 7 day period of the purchase. This must be acknowledged in writing via email or snail post. All products need to be in original packaging and sell able condition. The Company reserves the right to charge a 25% handling fee.

Damaged Goods Returns

Should the customer wish to report a case of goods damaged in transit, the delivery needs to have been signed for as “unchecked” and all damaged goods need to be photographed by the customer. These photos together with the claim need to be submitted to the Company within 24hrs of goods receipt.

Bespoke Goods

Please note that our definition of "bespoke" goods is as follows;

  1. Bespoke goods are any goods specifically personalized and/or tailored to your specifications.
  2. Orders for bespoke goods cannot be cancelled or changed [once work has started on them].
  3. Bespoke goods which are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded.
  4. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting of bespoke goods returned in error.
  5. We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors; poor image quality derived from low resolution images, order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before submitting.
  6. Faulty goods will be rectified free of charge. Any problems with any part of a bespoke order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail info@magiled.com who will contact you in regards to the fault and how to return the goods. The goods are returned at customers expense.


Item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.


Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: info@magiled.com or +44(0)1922 614 666. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.


The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. Your legal rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.
